Designing Lorri

I was super happy about this Monday, but I am just now getting a chance to write about it.

I went into work as a Gas Station Attendant after School (as a Teacher) on Monday and was stopped by my boss. I was told the he needed to “give me a piece of paper.” I thought surely it was paper work for something new being implemented at the store, but I was pleasantly surprised. I received the Innovation Award from H-E-B. Some one actually took the time to go online and nominate me for a Because People Matter award. These aren’t things that managers make up and give out to everyone, partners are nominated by partners. I don’t know who did it, but I know it was a fellow coworker and I am very thankful that my hard work and dedication to making our store great has been recognized.

Why yes, yes I did file this under “Product and Service Reviews” because my service was reviewed.
