Here is my journal of choices! I lost a lot of weight in college, 60lbs, by writing down everything I ate. Doing this made me more aware of my choices and thought process when eating. By making this a habit, I learned to stop and think about the WHY behind my food choices and ended up making healthier decisions. I didn't cut out any of my favorite foods, but I ate less and learned portion control to create a healthier lifestyle. Here's the kicker: I worked out every day in college and that made a HUGE difference. No one likes to hear it, but yes: working out helps you lose weight. Being active makes a difference as to wether or not your food choices effect you! I drink a plexus Slim before I eat and take Edge to start my day. You guys, my day starts at 3am sometimes and I keep on truckin all day with this stuff. That's right. 3am, and I go to bed at 8:30-9. So here I am, restarting my health journey after falling waaaay of track since having my daughter. You may know that I used AdvoCare successfully before, but I am giving Plexus a try after being so impressed with how wonderful I feel since trying these products.
